1. What BOARD Is
BOARD is an internal sales performance tracking tool designed for sales teams. It provides real-time dashboards, leaderboards, commission tracking, and team performance visibility. BOARD is a private, password-protected application accessible only to authorized members of your team.
2. How BOARD Works
BOARD reads sales summaries that your team members voluntarily post in your designated team chat. It aggregates this information and displays it in a dashboard format. No data is pulled from any carrier system, employer database, or third-party platform.
3. Data We Collect
When you create an account and use BOARD, we collect only the following:
Your name and username (for login and display purposes)
Your password (stored securely)
Sales figures you or your team submit through your team chat
Profile information you choose to provide (such as a profile photo)
4. What BOARD Does NOT Access
BOARD does not access, store, or process any customer PII (names, addresses, Social Security numbers, financial information) or CPNI (call records, billing data, service usage). BOARD does not connect to any carrier systems, employer databases, or internal business networks. BOARD does not share your data with any third parties.
5. Data Storage & Security
All BOARD data is stored on Google Firebase, an enterprise-grade encrypted cloud platform. Access to your data is restricted to authorized members of your team and BOARD administrators only.
6. Your Responsibilities
Keep your login credentials confidential
Only submit accurate, authorized sales information
Do not attempt to access another user's account
Do not use BOARD to store or transmit any customer PII or CPNI
otify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
7. Account Termination
Your access to BOARD may be revoked at any time by your team administrator. Upon termination, account data will be retained for administrative record purposes unless a deletion request is submitted.
8. Changes to These Terms
BOARD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of BOARD following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
